It shouldn't exist because education is a social good and tuition should be free, but for what it is, the program is actually fairly accessible.

Could use some improvements

This program and its provincial counterpart were essential in helping me finance my undergrad. However, the program could be more accessable to students so they are aware of it, as well as the government should really consider lowering interest rates to give students a bit of a break in these tough times.
